Kevin Resnick is an award-winning writer, director, and actor who served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force and flew airplanes as a
C-130 Navigator. After moving on from the military, his innate flair for comedy allowed him to make a successful living as an actor in New York, where he starred in several acclaimed films on the national festival circuit, receiving Best Actor Nominations for his work on three different occasions.
As a writer/director, his films have screened in festivals worldwide, to include the Cannes Film Festival, and have won multiple awards, including Best Comedy Short, Best Short Film, Award of Merit, and an Audience Award, among others. His debut feature, Cloudy With a Chance of Sunshine, premiered at the Manhattan Film Festival, and is distributed on Prime Video and on DVD through House Lights Media.
In 2011, Kevin founded Brand New Day Entertainment as an avenue to focus his artistic vision and bring his creative ideas to fruition. He received his MFA in Filmmaking from the New York Film Academy.
Rebecca Norris started her career as an improviser and comedy writer, graduating from the Second City Conservatory in Chicago, and has performed nationally, namely at the acclaimed Upright Citizens Brigade Theater and ACME Comedy Theater in LA. As a writer and producer, her films and web series have played the national festival circuit, screened at the Cannes Film Festival, have won multiple Audience and Best Film awards, and have been distributed on Prime Video, PBS, and on DVD.
Rebecca and Kevin's feature, Cloudy With a Chance of Sunshine, won and was nominated for multiple awards on the festival circuit, and can currently be found on Amazon.
Rebecca founded Freebird Entertainment to help further her vision of creating work that inspires and entertains, and spreads a message of positivity.
Hailing from Luton, England, Luke Snailham moved to the US in 2002 where he obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in photography from Ohio State University. Luke also graduated from the New York Film Academy's Los Angeles campus with his Masters Degree in Filmmaking.
Luke was cinematographer on Revenge Flame of Hayabusa, which won Best Student Film at the Los Angeles Cinema Festival of Hollywood. Luke's film Genome won Best Student Film at the Los Angeles Cinema Festival in March 2013. Recently, he edited Adam Nimoy's documentary For the Love of Spock, which premiered at Tribeca.
Luke also teamed up with director Kevin Resnick and Producer Rebecca Norris to shoot their feature Cloudy With A Chance Of Sunshine.
